Trial Lesson – Interview: To be accepted, students require to schedule a trial lesson-interview (at current hourly rate). During the lesson teacher will check student’s technical abilities, sight-reading and repertoire.
Concerts: There may be a small participation fee for concerts and special events.
Missed or Cancelled Lessons:
• All students are fully responsible to attend and be punctual for lessons.
• There will be no refunds for lessons missed.
• Make-up lessons will only be scheduled at teacher’s discretion with 1 day (24 hours notice).
• Students who miss scheduled lessons often may loose their lesson time.
• Lessons missed due to teacher illness or concert activities will be made up at the mutual convenience of teacher and student.
Termination: It is presumed that all students will continue lessons for the whole academic year. Should a student wish to withdraw, one month’s notice is required in lieu of one regular monthly payment of tuition fee. If the student withdraws mid-month, the pro-rated amount for the remaining lessons is due immediately. If student decide to discontinue immediately, one month’s payment is required.
Negligence in attending and practicing may result in being asked to withdraw from the enrollment.
Tuition Fee: Ten (10) post-dated check should be submitted at the beginning of the school year dated on the 1st of every month starting with September. Or, automatic withdrawal via credit card option is available for K-12 students. When enrolled for the school year – 10 withdrawals will be administered on the 1st of every month (September – June). Usually, each installments should be a payment of four (4) lessons per month, 40 lessons per year. Each school year may vary depending on the school calendar.
Rate: Prices are subject to change at the beginning of a new academic year. Please check with the teacher for her current hourly rate.
