Our History

Sonore Music Society is a registered non-profit organization (Business Number: 71791 7546 BC0001) founded in 2023, born from a shared passion for music, education, and community. Our inaugural project, “Boundless Harmonies”, launched in 2024, aimed to foster connections between students and the senior community. This initiative encouraged intergenerational relationships and promoted volunteerism among young people. Sonore Music Society is also acting as the official North American Representative for the “Mark Rothko Competition”, which originated in Daugavpils, Latvia. Other projects include educational masterclasses, concerts, and festivals, all designed to enrich our community through the power of music.
